You can no longer do without agile project management in the healthcare sector. The issues and framework conditions are too complex and unpredictable, the variables too numerous.
Any article could start like this or something similar. The most important question often remains unanswered: where exactly does agile project management begin?
Certainly not in the hospital at the workplace, because that would often be very late. Every team member's head should be ready long before that. Am I “up for it”? Everyone in the team should be able to answer this question with a resounding YES at all times. And that doesn't just mean the project itself. It also includes laughing about crazy ideas, accepting success and failure, meetings in the park, playing table football during breaks, and handing out fortune cookies. At least for us.
